Craig & Becky Biever, Project Address 1264 Ohio SW, are requesting to construct a 10’ X 21’ 4-seasons room, which will be 233 square feet over code as follows: All structures on the lot, including any accessory structures, shall not exceed 30% of the lot area and be setback 4-½’ from the north property line, where code requires a 10’ side yard setback in an area zoned R-1 (One Family Residential District).
