  1. CALL TO ORDER
  2. Approve the minutes of June 24, 2015.
  3. Approval of the Parks & Recreation Bills.
  4. Approval of the Parks & Recreation Agenda.
  5. Old Business
  1. Mention Putters & Scoops reports and improvement listing for the Ravine Lake area.  Action needed:  Review budget reports and consider changes to the Capital Outlay listing.
  2. Mention change to the Campus Center reservation forms as revised at the City Commission meeting of June 29, 2015 by motion.  Action needed:  Discussion on the date that the policy has gone into effect.
  3. Review Tennis Everyone requests and discussion with representation from the group.  Action needed:  Based on agreement by the board.
  4. Review vote of the board concerning meeting items and going to one meeting a month.  The finance office, for billing operations, prefers the 2nd Wednesday of the month for meetings.  Action needed:  Motion to set meeting times, days, and location for meetings.
  5. Inform the board of the mosquito control grant and notification from the State Department of Health.  Action needed:  None, explanation of use for grant funds in 2015.
  6. Mention interview and save situation at Splash Central on Monday, June 29th, 2015. Action needed:  Discussion of events.
 
 
  1.  New Business
    1. Consider request of the Swim Team pool use times and any scoreboard work before the state meet.  Action needed:  Based on Swim Team board proposals.
    2. Review budget requests for 2016 and board input.  Action needed:  Discussion on department labor challenges.
    3. Report on Karen soccer tournament and request to host again next year.  Action needed:  Based on agreement and repairs necessary after the tournament.
    4. Report on Huron Little League maintenance billings according to the motion of March 11, 2015.  Action needed:  Based on agreement for budget in 2016.
    5. Mention current operations at Bergman Arena for summer ice and request for 2016.  Action needed:  None, for informational purposes only.
