- CALL TO ORDER
- Approve the minutes of October 22, 2014.
- Approval of the Parks & Recreation Bills.
- Approval of the Parks & Recreation Agenda.
- Old Business
- Plumbing work has been done at Kunhart Field to be ready for further contract work. Action needed: Based on contractor schedule.
- Consider business opportunity advertising for the concessions at Ravine Lake and public notice. Action needed: Based on agreement.
- Consider any further information concerning kitchen equipment as proposed by Putters & Scoops owners. Action needed: Based on agreement.
- Mention any further items necessary to prepare the department to allow for the increase in acreage of approximately 47 acres once every 1-2 weeks during the spring, summer, and fall. Action needed: Based on current conditions for the area and weed control required.
- Report on construction work that has been done at Bergman Arena in the restroom and warming room areas. Action needed: Costs have been split by agreement pending plumbing bills with the Huron Hockey Association.
- New Business
- Approve revised rules for Splash Central and explain charges for 2015. Action needed: Motion to approve.
- Mention the coordination of fundraisers for capital projects in Huron. Action needed: Based on agreement.
