As an RSC, you will work together as a team to deliver an extraordinary experience to customers by providing them with valuable options for their wireless and entertainment needs. Our current full-time Retail Sales Consultants earn typically between $30,000-$50,000+ in total compensation when successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.

• Attainment of personal sales targets and metrics.

• Completion of required ongoing training for AT&T supported products.

• Executing and implementing policies and process of Connect Wireless and AT&T.


• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

• Strong communication skills.

• Must be able to work a minimum 38-hour work week.

• Great attitude and ability to learn.

• Bilingual a plus!
