Oscar Garza, Project Address: Vacant lots on northeast corner of 4th & Ordway SW, is requesting to allow three mobile homes to be placed on two single family residential lots and reduced setbacks if the length of the mobile homes are longer than 60’, which meets the code required minimum 30’ front and rear yard setbacks in an area zoned R-2 (One Family Residential District).
