Northern State University will be offering two Intensive English Program (IEP) classes each worth two college credit hours. The mission of NSU’s program is to prepare students to participate and succeed in any academic degree program at the undergraduate or graduate level in a U.S. college or university. Anyone who wishes to improve their English skills through an intense program is eligible.
The Intensive Grammar class will meet 6:00-7:15 July 1-3, 8-11, 15-18, 22-25, 29-Aug 1, Aug 5-8, and Aug 12.
The Intensive Reading and Writing class will meet from 7:30-8:45 July 1-3, 8-11, 15-18, 22-25, 29-Aug 1, Aug 5-8, and Aug 12.
Remedial college credit is awarded from Northern State University upon completion of these credits.
Cost will be $40 per credit hour with a $10 per credit hour rental fee for a total of $200. There is no application fee, but applicants will need to fill out an application form.

Interested students do not need to pre-register. Prospective students can show up for the first class to register or to obtain additional information. Payment is due the night of the first class upon registration.
