Jeffrey & Tanya McGuire, Project Address 4323 Dakota S, are requesting to reduce (E 100’ of Outlot 5 in the E2 of the SE4, Section 24, Township 110 N, Range 62 W) lot size from 100’ X 100’ to 90’ X 75’ to legally separate 4291 Dakota S & 4323 Dakota S so that one or both properties can be sold, where code requires a minimum lot width of 100’ and a minimum lot size of two acres in an area zoned R-1 (One Family Residential District) in the Joint Jurisdictional Area.
