A. Keith Cundy, Project Address 1657 1st St NE, is requesting to move in a mobile home, where a residence is not a permitted use in an area zoned B-3 (General Business District) in the Joint Jurisdictional Area.
B. Northwestern Energy, Project Address 600 Market St W, is requesting to plat a 4.14 acre lot, where code states the minimum lot size shall be five acres unless the structure is connected to the municipal wastewater treatment system and in no case will lots smaller than two acres be permitted in an area zoned B-3 (General Business District) in the Joint Jurisdictional Area.

Northwestern Corporation for plat approval of CHS Propane Storage Addition legally described as: A re-plat of part of NWPS Lots 1 and 2 and NPWS Gas peaking Plant Addition, a part of the NW4 of the NW4 of Section 4, T110N, R61W of the 5th P.M. Beadle County, South Dakota in an area zoned B-3 (General Business District) located in the Joint Jurisdictional Area.
