A. Patricia Stockert for plat approval of Kopfmann Outlot 3 legally described as: A part of the NE4 of Section 24, T110N, R62W of the 5th P.M. Beadle County, South Dakota in an area zoned R-1 (One Family Residential District) and R-O (Large Lot Residential District) located in the Joint Jurisdictional Area.
B. Danny & Michelle Dale & Evelyn Wallmann for plat approval of Dale Outlot 1 legally described as: A re-plat of Wallmann Outlot 1, a part of the SW4 of Section 11 and a part of the SW 4 of Section 11, T110N, R62W of the 5th P.M. V. REQUEST TO RECONSIDER VARIANCE

Stacy Goergen, Project Address 2232 Dakota N, is requesting to allow a paint booth to be installed in a proposed addition to be constructed to the west of the east building (applicant can meet building setbacks), where this use is not permitted by code in an area zoned R-O (Large Lot Residential District) located in the Joint Jurisdictional Area.
