Event Description:
The City Wide Cleanup will be held Thursday April 20th through Saturday April 22nd. City residents MUST bring along their April water utility bill to participate. Items covered are classified as rubble, metal, trees, wood, electronics, and Freon removal fee during the cleanup. Items not allowed for free disposal is household trash. Material classified as Hazardous Waste will NOT be accepted. Businesses are excluded from the free city clean up. ALL LOADS MUST BE SECURED WHEN HAULING TO THE RUBBLE SITE!!!!
City residents will be allowed at no cost to bring out 4 car/pickup tires with their April water utility bill which they MUST bring along. City and Beadle County residents may bring out unlimited loads of tires at the rate of 20% or $40.28 per ton. The State will pay the remaining 80% of the tire disposal cost. Businesses are excluded from participating in the Tire Disposal grant. The Tire Disposal Grant is for the entire month of April only!!
