II. VARIANCE(S)
A. Chris & Nikki Gross, Project Address 1708 Idaho SE, are requesting to construct a house addition 18’ from the east property line, where code requires a 30’ rear yard setback in an area zoned R-1 (One Family Residential District).
B. South Dakota State Fair, Project Address 88 Nevada SW, is requesting to allow housing for inmates on the work release program and the setbacks may not meet the required minimum, which is not a permitted use in an area zoned B-1 (Limited Business District).
