I.  CALL TO ORDER                                                      

II. VARIANCE(S)                      
           A. Tim Opheim & Sara Jensen, Project Address 1107 Colorado SW, are requesting to construct a fence, where code states that 6’ tall fences may not be erected on those parts of the lot that are closer to the street than the principal building in an area zoned R-2 (One Family Residential District).

           B. Willard Wallman, Project Address 242 Nebraska SW, is requesting to allow the newly constructed fence to remain on the south (alley) property line, where code requires a 5’ setback from the property line if there is solid waste collection along that lot line in an area zoned R-4 (Multiple Family Residential District).
