II. HOME OCCUPATION
A. Pedro Dela Cruz Lucas, Project Address 759 Dakota S Apt #1, is requesting to operate a lawn care/landscaping and housekeeping business in an area zoned R-5 (Multiple Family Residential Use).
III. VARIANCE(S)
A. Jorge Martinez, Project Address 1041 Frank SE, is requesting to allow the newly constructed fence to remain on the west (alley) property line, where code requires a 5’ setback from the property line if there is solid waste collection along that lot line in an area zoned R-2 (One Family Residential District).
B. Steve Lovett, Project Address 777 Beach SE, is requesting to construct a fence, where code states that 6’ tall fences may not be erected on those parts of the lot that are closer to the street than the principal building and be less than 5’ from the alley property line in an area zoned R-2 (One Family Residential District).
C. John Schulte, Project Address 10 Nebraska SW, is requesting to construct a commercial building 5’ from the north property line, where code requires a 15’ front yard setback in an area zoned (I-2) General Industrial District).
D. Katherine Deniger, Project Address 1020 Arrrowbee Ct, is requesting to construct a 6’ tall fence in the setback area, where code states that 6’ tall fences may not be erected on those parts of the lot that are closer to the street than the principal building in an area zoned R-3 (One Family, Two Family and Townhouse Residential District).
