Event Description:
Plastic, mail, newspapers, tin cans, aluminum…we all use these items in our households. And, we all throw them in our regular trash can but soon we won’t be because the city of Huron will soon be implementing a recycling program for residents who currently are on the solid waste list. There are a lot of questions floating around out there! Will we have to separate it? How much will it cost? When will it get picked up?
A perfect place to learn the answers to these questions is at the February 1 Meet n’ Eat at the Library in Vertos over the noon hour. Attendees will be able to order off of the Verto’s menu. Individuals who RSVP to hyp57350@hotmail.com prior to the event will be entered for a free drawing for lunch.
