  3. Approval of the Parks & Recreation Bills.
  4. Approval of the Parks & Recreation Agenda.

  1. Review thank you letter from the Leadership Huron Class of 2014.  Action needed:  None, for informational purposes only.
  2. Review broom attachment for the bobcat loader as quoted.  Action needed:  Based on agreement.
  3. Consider Huron Swim Team and tennis everyone presentations to the board and items that need to be scheduled.  Action needed:  Based on any requests.
  4. Sign concession agreements for Klock Field and Memorial Baseball Park with Huron Little League Inc.  Action needed:  Motion to sign.
  5. Consider billboard options for up to 4 locations with Putters & Scoops/Splash Central.  Action needed:  Based on locations and marketing needs.
  6. Mention tree removal quotes to be considered at the next regular meeting on April 8, 2015.  Action needed:  None, for informational purposes only.
 
 
  1. New Business
 
 
  1. Review applicant listings for part-time positions and finding ways to fill needed vacancies.  Action needed:  Based on levels of services expected by the public.
  2. Report on any fill material, soil that is available to place for finish grade on the old swimming pool area.  Action needed:  Based on any development planned to be in this area.
  3. Report on neighborhood concerns from property owners near Riverside Park.  Action needed:  None, based on use of this area.
  4. Mention 4 soccer goals have been placed at Prospect Park and 2 at Riverside park to accommodate practice schedules for recreational uses.  Action needed:  The Soccer Association is helping with information to disperse use at Pepsi Soccer Fields.
  5. Consider spring baseball program wear on the fields.  Action needed:  Based on weather conditions and facility openings.
