Old Business
Discuss ordering the deck equipment still needed for city purchase items as provided by Stantec, pool consultant. Action needed: Motion to approve items as listed.
Mention software registration is on-line from Max Solutions and further training days are set for April 15-19. Action needed: Training costs are needed for concession (safe serve), certified pool operators (CPO), and point of sale computer operations.
Consider options on the shade shelters for Memorial Baseball Park and for smaller 5 row bleacher shaded areas. Action needed: Based on agreement.
Report on events held this past weekend at the Campus Center. Action needed: None, coordination of events are more frequent.
The new gymnastics class in the Spring filled in 10 days. Action needed: None, further equipment is needed for summer programs in cooperation with the school system.
New Business
Mention the new quotes for tree removal specifications and the requirements on insurance and equipment to provide the service to the public. Action needed: The quotes will be opened up on April 10, 2013.
Update the board on damage to structures at Kunhart Field Softball Complex. Action needed: Repairs will be made from the regular budget.
Update the board on the softball program registration. Action need: Based on softball coach availability.
Mention the placement of the signage at Campbell Park will be done when frost is out of the ground. Action needed: None, shingles will match the other buildings in the area.
Consider expenses for staff to attend the SD Mosquito Control Workshop in Ft. Pierre on April 9, 2013 and the Arborist Workshop in Aberdeen on April 11, 2013. Action needed: Motion to approve.
Mention swim team concessions during swim meets. Action needed: None, locations for sale will be worked out with the swim team board.
