Speedway Motors WISSOTA 100

For the seventh year in a row, the Dakota State Fair Speedway is proud to announce that the Speedway Motors WISSOTA 100 will be hosting the premiere stock car racing event! This is a must see event that spans the course of five big days with six classes competing for the championship title. This event is fun for all ages with nightly racing action as well as many other vendors, exhibitors, games and more. With the speedway being located on the SD State Fairgrounds, there is no match to the camping space available, the giant pit area, the largest grandstands in the area and an asphalt parking lot. The pit area can accommodate nearly 600 racecars and the Parade of Champions, which consists of 198 cars on the track at once and is a must see experience for any stock car fan! There is also a huge prize of $10,000 given to one driver which is known as Orville?s Pot of Gold.
