Job Summary:
• Greet members in a friendly and professional manner by phone or in person
• Monitor the door, admit individuals into the building and help direct them on where to go
• Assist members in identifying products and services that would be beneficial to their financial success
• Answer phone calls and assist with account transfers, VISA payments, loan payments, history/balance inquiries, and answer questions concerning accounts
• Trouble shoot online issues (i.e. reset passwords, help members navigate the website, etc.)
• Help setup for meetings and training as needed
• Make coffee and tea daily
• Other Operational back office support duties
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Applicant must be able to perform the duties of his/her job in a timely and professional manner. Applicant must possess good judgment, and be able to make independent decisions. Applicant must have good listening and communication skills, and represent the credit union in various ways in a professional manner. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license in the event that their services are needed at another branch location.

Physical Requirements:
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to occasionally lift/transport up to 10 pounds at a time. Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Environment is primarily indoor.
