Part-Time Karen Interpreter (Temporary) – Dakotaland Federal Credit Union Huron Main Branch

 

Schedule: Schedule is TBD. Monday-Saturday - Up to 24 hours per week (February – April)

Wage: Wage depends on experience/education.  EOE.

Benefits: 401K program matching contributions up to 5%

 

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Translator to join our team and assist our teams over the upcoming Tax Season (February – April). The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately translating written or spoken content between Karen and English languages while maintaining meaning, tone, and context.

 

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent; and one-year experience in translation/interpretation of the English and the Karen language. Additional related education/certifications(s) may be substituted for required experience. Applicants should have excellent communication skills and the ability to supply and translate information and direction in a clear, concise manner.
