Estimator & Order Coordinator

About the Role:

You’re the wizard behind the numbers and the keeper of the calendar. You’ll be chatting with customers, gathering details, building estimates, and turning “Can you do this?” into “It’ll be done Tuesday.” If you’ve got a good eye, a curious mind, and a knack for staying two steps ahead, this job was made for you.

What You'll Do:

Customer Conversations

· Answer inquiries with a smile—whether it’s in person, by phone, or email

· Guide customers through the order process with confidence and clarity

· Ask the right questions to uncover what they really need

Estimate Like a Boss

· Prepare accurate quotes for custom signage, vinyl graphics, wraps, and more

· Factor in materials, time, install, and that special something that makes each job unique

· Collaborate with the design and production team to make sure what’s promised can be delivered

Master the Schedule

· Keep orders organized and on time

· Schedule production and installations without overlapping or overbooking

· Coordinate with team members to ensure everyone’s in the loop and ready to roll

Other Fun Stuff:

· Help prep work orders and job tickets

· Track progress and follow up on pending estimates

· Troubleshoot delays and offer solutions like the calm, cool hero you are

· Occasionally jump in to lend a hand when things get extra busy

What You Bring:

Experience in estimating, quoting, project coordination, or production scheduling Excellent communication skills (you’re basically fluent in people) Comfort with numbers, pricing, and a bit of tech (Excel, Google Sheets, and industry software) Strong attention to detail—you catch the “.25” that others miss Ability to juggle priorities without dropping the ball A positive, team-first attitude with just a hint of “let’s do this!” energy

Bonus Points For:

· Experience in signage, print, or vinyl production

· Familiarity with quoting software (like ShopVOX, CoreBridge, or similar)

· Basic design knowledge or the ability to read artwork files
