Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, estate-planning, education funding, stock options, and risk management analyses.
  • Client Meeting Support: Coordinate pre- and post-client meeting activities, prepare agendas, client paperwork, investment reports, and meeting notes.
  • Client Relations: Attend client meetings and events, monitor financial situations, and provide exceptional client service.
  • Portfolio Administration: Assist with analysis, rebalancing, and administration of client investment portfolios, and document tasks in our CRM.
  • Process Development: Help develop and maintain financial planning workflows and procedures to enhance client experience.
  • Collaboration: Work with Trade Specialists to manage account openings, contributions, and distributions.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend investment and due diligence calls and meetings, stay updated on regulatory changes impacting trading platforms.
  • Professional Development: Participate in company outings and training sessions to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution; advanced certifications or designations are a plus.
  • Experience: Financial planning industry beneficial, not required
  • Licenses: Working towards or attained Series 65.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience in Wealthscape Investor and financial planning software Right Capitol a plus.
  • Ability to manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet client needs effectively.
  • Trustworthy, with discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Professional attitude and friendly demeanor.

Compensation Package
Benefits Review
  • Salary: Competitive salary with opportunities for advancement after two years.
  • Health Benefits – Health, Dental and Vision available; 50% employer paid for employee only.
  • 401k Plan - effective upon hire. Pre-tax traditional and Roth 401k, both available with a 100% match up to 3%, then an additional 50% match for 4%-5%.  Plan documents will be provided upon hire.
  • PTO Time - 14 days annually based on full-time employment with additional company paid holidays. Pro-rated through the end of the year.
  • Life Insurance – up to $50,000 provided; company paid.
  • Short- and Long-Term Disability - company paid.
