Job Overview

Duties

  • Preparing and organizing loan documentation, including credit analysis reports
  • Gather borrower information and verifying financial details using core operating system and other financial tools
  • Coordinate with members to collect necessary documents and ensure timely submission of required paperwork
  • Conduct credit analysis and assist in underwriting processes to evaluate borrower eligibility in accordance with guidelines
  • Utilize banking and accounting software to update loan statuses, perform 10-key typing tasks, and manage data entry efficiently

Requirements

  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent customer service abilities to assist members effectively
  • Proficiency in financial software applications for accurate data management
  • Basic math skills for credit analysis
  • Experience with loan processing or underwriting support
  • Knowledge of banking operations
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
