Responsibilities
--Perform diagnostic tests, troubleshoot issues, and carry out necessary repairs on various powersports vehicles, ensuring they meet manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
--Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake inspections, and fluid checks to keep powersports vehicles in optimal operating condition.
--Identify required parts and accessories, order them efficiently, and ensure their proper installation during service or repair.
--Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used, labor hours, and customer communication, to provide transparency and ensure customer satisfaction.
--Interact with customers to explain repair needs, provide estimates, and address any questions or concerns, delivering excellent customer service.
--Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
--Stay up-to-date with the latest powersports technology and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
--Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
--Previous experience as a Powersports Service Technician is highly preferred, with a strong ability to diagnose and repair powersports vehicles effectively.
--Possession of relevant certifications, such as manufacturer-specific training, is advantageous.
--Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential for a collaborative work environment.
